Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of 108 Collective, a design studio in Chennai, India. It explains what our websites and private tools collect, and why. In short: very little.

01

Our public websites

  • Covers onenoteight.com, branding.onenoteight.com and murals.onenoteight.com.
  • No forms, no accounts, no ads and no cookies of our own.
  • branding.onenoteight.com counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
  • Our host, Cloudflare, sees basic technical data such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep them safe.
  • If you message us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we keep the conversation to reply and to do the work.

02

Our private project hub

  • The studio runs a project hub that only people it invites can open.
  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. A cookie keeps you signed in.
  • For each invited person we keep a name, email address and role, only to run the project.

03

Pinterest

  • The hub connects to the studio's own Pinterest account through Pinterest's official API, with read-only access.
  • It reads that account's name, its boards (including secret ones), board sections and Pins.
  • It copies the pictures and details of the Pins we choose into the hub's private storage, only so the studio team can see them there.
  • It never posts, edits or deletes anything on Pinterest.
  • The access key is stored encrypted. Disconnecting in the hub deletes the key; pictures already copied stay in the hub.
  • Access can also be removed at any time from Pinterest's own settings.
  • Pinterest data is never sold or shared.

04

Your data

  • To see, correct or remove anything we hold about you, email us. We will confirm once it is done.
  • If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
